Professional Experience
Bob has more than 40 years of accounting experience.  He served as President of Cotton + Allen from 1994 to 2007.  Bob has been in public accounting since 1968. Bob's practice is directed to tax planning, business valuations, and management advisory services.  His focus is centered in planning for privately-held businesses ("S" corporations and partnerships) and their owners, including gift and estate taxes, succession planning, and wealth management.
