We have one major recruiting season in the fall. Our campus interviewing is done in the fall for interns and new hires start working in the winter, spring, or summer.

Recruiting Timeline for Internships and Full-Time Positions
Apply and Interview for Internship Positions
We typically extend internship offers within two weeks of the interview date.
FULL TIME — ENTRY LEVEL
Though summer vacation just ended and graduation may be more than a year away, NOW is the time to begin your search for full-time employment if you are interested in working in public accounting. September is a very crucial time — if you miss the deadlines, you may miss a great opportunity.
|Mid-Sept||Resumes Are Due
Students interested in a full-time staff accounting position should apply through their school’s career center, the Kentucky Society of CPAs (for small colleges), or online. Each school has its own deadline for submitting applications and resumes.
Once the application deadline has passed, we will review the resumes and make selections for first interviews, which are typically conducted on campus.
Individuals selected for first interviews will be notified and asked to sign up for a thirty-minute interview timeslot.
After the first round of interviews, selected candidates are invited into our office for a second and final interview with members of our recruiting committee.
|Oct-Nov||Full-Time Employment Offers
Offers are extended as soon as we finish the second round of interviews. Our goal is to have all offers extended by the first week in November.
