Professional Experience Doug has extensive experience in providing tax, estate planning, merger and acquisition, and business valuation services to individuals and businesses. He has represented clients in dealings with the Internal Revenue Service, Kentucky Revenue Cabinet, and other state and local tax authorities. He has taught numerous tax and estate planning courses, written numerous articles mainly on equine industry topics, and has made numerous presentations on a variety of topics relating to his practice areas.
