Professional Experience
Mike has more than 16 years experience in both the public and private sectors. His vast knowledge and experience has allowed him to serve a client base ranging from high-wealth individuals to Fortune 500 companies. Mike's technical experience includes tax compliance and consulting for C & S-Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and high-wealth individuals covering a wide-range of industry sectors including, manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, real estate, chemicals, energy, and financial services. Mike also has extensive knowledge in the Accounting for income tax area for which he formerly served as the lead tax reviewer to six public companies for a large national firm. He has assisted clients with maximizing cash flow through implementation of tax accounting methods, maximizing NOL carryback and carryforward opportunities, and has assisted clients with federal and state audits including development of strategies for audit communication and closure.
