Professional Experience
In 2011 David was selected as the Managing Director of our Lexington office. Prior to this selection, David served as the leader of our Healthcare industry team and our Consulting Services Group. David continues to oversee our Healthcare Consulting services.

David has over 25 years experience in public accounting and private industry. Most of the clients David serves operate in the healthcare industry. David has worked with hospital systems, hospitals, large multi-specialty physician practices, single-specialty practices, long-term care providers and managed care companies. He provides assurance and advisory services. Recent advisory services include:

      - Strategic plan development
      - Operational assessments and development of improvement plans
      - Mergers and acquisitions
      - Physician integration - strategy and implementation
      - Negotiation of managed care contracts
